- How often is the data updated?
- We refresh every tracked account every 24 hours, capturing followers, posts, likes, comments and views.
- How much does it cost?
- The free plan tracks 1 account. Paid tracking costs $0.20 per account per week, charged from prepaid credits. Top up from $1.00, or turn on the $1.00/week auto top-up.
- What happens if my credits run out?
- Nothing is deleted. We keep tracking as many accounts as your remaining credits cover, pause the rest, and always leave one running free. Top up and the paused accounts resume on the next sync.
- Do I get an API?
- Yes. API access is included whenever your account holds credits, so you can query your tracked accounts and their full history from your own tools. The free plan does not include API access.
- Can I track an account that isn't mine?
- Yes. Any public social account, without connecting it and without its password. You never have to hand us your own login either.
- How many accounts can I track?
- Up to 10,000 accounts. If you need more, contact support and we will raise it.
